You simply upload one full-res file. We highly recommend that you make the format for your full-res clip an MP4 file encoded with the H.264 (x264) codec with a bitrate up to 15,000 kbps. You could also upload a QuickTime MOV file compressed with the Photo JPEG codec if you are shooting progressive.
