Why didn't I get billed for my Subscription?

Starting on November 8, 2021, all subscriptions have been ended and any credits remaining on your account will be good until November 8, 2022. 


We are moving to an unlimited model, which means you can now purchase memberships instead of subscriptions. Subscriptions gave you the ability to pay for a certain number of credits each month and the ability to cancel your subscription at any time. We now offer memberships, which include unlimited downloads and require a 12-month commitment.
