If you are a “US Person”, you must submit a signed and completed IRS Form W-9 to Lightstock in order for Lightstock to make payments to you. You can find instructions on how to download and submit the form to us on your Partner Dashboard.
A W-9 is used to certify under penalties of perjury that your social security number is correct and that you are not subject to backup withholding taxes. You will also receive a 1099 from Lightstock at the end of the year with your royalties accurately reported.
